This is an interesting development. I work with both versions and I have some concern about this merger. Excuse me if I hang back and let early adopters suffer through all the bugs that will likely appear.

From WordPress: “So if you’ve been worried about the merge, have a cup of chamomile tea and relax; it will all be fine.” :)

Uhu…I’ve heard that one before. Of course I’ll have to try it out on some test sites but it won’t be touching any other installations until I see a few versions released that correct any serious bugs. I will bet money that bugs will occur and serious ones..
