In this guide, I will show you the step-by-step process of how I will download a twitter video to my iPhone. However, you can use the exact same process to download videos from Facebook, Youtube, and other video hosting platforms to your iOS device.
One day I was scrolling my twitter feed on my iPhone, whilst travelling on the train. I came across this video which was awesome.
I knew my page fans will love this video. So I thought, let’s download this video and upload it to my Facebook page (with credit to the original owner of course).
So I went online and tried downloading it. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, iOS does not allow videos from the internet to be directly downloaded to iPhone.
I was hugely disappointed because it meant I will have to access my computer in order to download video and then upload it to my Facebook page.
However, I kept on searching and eventually found a way to download Twitter, Facebook, Youtube etc into my phone. So I thought let’s share the process it with all you awesome fellow buzzers.
First, go to the twitter video you want to download and tap on the ‘v’ sign as shown in the image below.
Tap on share tweet via.
Tap on copy link to the tweet.
Now you have the link to the tweet.
