Here’s what happened. We were resellers then, and the provider we resold refused to lift a security measure for the load test.
Their ceiling was our ceiling, and it cost us the award. So we stopped reselling, spent a year building our own infrastructure, and tested it under real load until it held.
In 2026 we came back on our own machines, entered all three price tiers, and took Top Tier at every one, with the fastest worldwide load times of any host tested. SiteGround didn’t return.
It would be unfair to line our 2026 results up against their 2023 numbers. Different year, different machines, different conditions.
