2019: Founded
WP Buzz started in 2019 as a reseller, built to fight the outrageous pricing of the big hosts. Affordable managed WordPress, nothing more complicated than that.
2020: Limited Company
Customer demand grew fast, so we registered as a UK limited company. Company No. 13103657 – VAT No. GB443995944.
2023: A Hard Lesson
We entered wphostingbenchmarks.com and didn’t make Top Tier. The provider we resold refused to lift a security measure for the test, citing competition concerns. It hurt our brand and, honestly, brought us to our knees.
2024: Mission ReBirth
So we rebuilt from the ground up. Months testing servers under load, chasing the fastest stack, tuning every layer of hardware and software. By the end of the year we had something we’d stake our name on.
2025: The New Stack Goes Live
We opened the new infrastructure to our customers and moved people across as they were ready. Everyone who made the switch felt the speed difference straight away. The feedback said one thing: everything got faster.
2026: Top Tier, Three Times
We entered all three price tiers of the independent benchmarks and took Top Tier in every one, with the fastest worldwide load times of any host tested. The biggest names didn’t enter. We did. We don’t call ourselves fastest. The benchmarks do.
What’s Next?
We’ll keep tuning, because “fastest” is earned, not claimed. We will be back in the 2027 benchmarks to defend it in the open. And it doesn’t matter how big we get, we’ll stay the host that still knows your name. Faster every year. Honest every time.
