Top Tier. Three Tiers. One Independent Benchmark.
We didn’t run these tests — Review Signal did, at wphostingbenchmarks.com. We just showed up at three price points and came out fastest worldwide at every one. No sponsorship, no affiliate links, no cherry-picked plan. Below is every metric, win or lose.
We went head-to-head with 40+ of the worlds biggest WordPress hosts across three price tiers.
Global Speed
The test site is loaded from twelve cities worldwide, from London and Ashburn to Sydney and São Paulo. It checks you’re fast for every visitor, not just the ones sitting near the server.
Under Load
Thousands of visitors login and browse around the site for 20 to 30 minutes, caching off. It shows whether the raw server holds up under sustained traffic, or buckles and throws errors.
Cache Speed
The same page is requested over and over to test the cache, the ready-made copy of your page. It measures delivery speed, not the server, so edge-cache CDN hosts tend to win it.
Raw Power
This tests the bare machine with nothing to hide behind: how fast it crunches PHP and how many database queries it handles. It’s the truest look at the hardware you pay for.
Uptime
Three independent monitors watch your sites at once for 4+ months, checking each other so none can be wrong. The question is simple: did it stay up every minute, or quietly slip offline?
Security
Qualys SSL Labs grades how your secure connection is set up. It checks the encryption that keeps visitor data private, so the padlock in the browser is doing its job.

Judge Us Not by the Eloquence of Our Pitch, but by the Iron in Our Machines.
1- 5.7 GHz CPUs. That’s Physics Not Luck.
WordPress runs on one core at a time, so the faster that core, the faster every page. We run 5.7GHz AMD chips, the highest clock speed money can buy, with Gen5 NVMe storage, Gen5 DDR5 memory, and enterprise networking behind them. Most hosts won’t even tell you what’s under the hood. We picked every part for one thing: raw speed.

2- One Stack. Not Duct-Taped Together.
Fast hardware is wasted if the software fights itself. Most hosts bolt a cache plugin onto a generic web server and hope it behaves. We run LiteSpeed Enterprise, LiteSpeed Cache, and Redis as one connected system, with your choice of CDN on top. Cache clears the instant you publish, nothing conflicts, and your site is quick the moment it goes live.
3- Tuned By Expert Engineers, Not Default.
The best hardware and stack still need someone who knows how to set them up. Most hosts install the defaults and walk away. We don’t. After years of running WordPress at scale, we tune every layer by hand: PHP workers, cache rules, database and kernel settings. The same box can run quick or sluggish depending on who configures it. Ours are tuned by engineers who’ve done this for years.

Don’t Just Take Our Word For It
They switched. Their sites got faster. They stayed.
“I’ve tried Cloudways, Closte, Rocket, Kinsta and many others over 17 years. WP Buzz beats them all. Sites are zippy, support outstanding, and I had the best migration experience. Dashboard has everything, includes email, all for a reasonable price.”

“I’ve used many hosting providers over the years, but WP Buzz stands out. My sites are super-fast and always up, and support replies almost instantly. Honestly, I hesitated to post this. I’d rather my competitors not find out how good they are.”

The speed at WP Buzz is unreal—pages load faster than any host I’ve tried. Even better, their support team actually talks to you, not a bot. They guided my migration seamlessly. For anyone chasing performance and real human support, WP Buzz nails it.

“WP Buzz is outstanding. Not only is their platform FAST, but their customer support is arguably the best I have experienced thus far. Every time I have questions they promptly answer and carefully explain the steps I need to take to resolve my issues.”

“We host several high-traffic sites with WP Buzz and have been very impressed. Pages load instantly, even under heavy traffic, and support always responds quickly and helps effectively. I’d rate both speed and support 10/10. Extremely happy with WP Buzz.”

“I’ve been with WP Buzz for years and stayed for their great pricing and fast speeds. Recently needed help with migrations, and the support team was incredible—responsive, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended for performance and service.”

Got Questions?
Cant’t find what you are looking for?
Two things that directly affect your business. First, faster page loads. Not just in one country but worldwide. Your visitors in the US, UK, Europe and Asia all get fast pages. Google rewards this with better search rankings. Your visitors reward it by staying longer and buying more. Second, best-in-class uncached performance. This matters if you run anything dynamic like WooCommerce, membership sites, booking systems, quizzes or LMS platforms. These pages can’t be cached because every visitor sees something different. Most hosts fall apart here. Our hardware and tuning mean your dynamic pages load fast too, not just your static homepage.
It takes real confidence to enter an independent benchmark. You put years of work into building your brand and a poor result can damage it publicly. Every host that entered knew the tests are identical, the conditions are fair, and the results are public. Some well-known hosts chose not to participate. Some cheap, some expensive, some spending fortunes on influencer marketing. They know that the resources they allocate per plan wouldn’t survive an independent stress test. Entering would expose that publicly. So they don’t. Some participated in 2023 and marketed themselves as the world’s fastest was shown to be fast but not the fastest. They haven’t entered since. We enter every time because we’d rather be tested than trusted on our word alone.
Kevin Ohashi of Review Signal has been running independent WordPress hosting benchmarks for over a decade. Every host gets the same test conditions. Same WordPress install, same test pages, same load patterns, same global test locations. No host gets special treatment. There are no sponsorships, no affiliate commissions, no pay-to-win. You sign up, your servers get hammered, and the data speaks. It’s the closest thing WordPress hosting has to a level playing field.
No. And we think you should know that. We dominated most benchmarks including full page load times worldwide, PHP compute speed, and performance under load. But on average response time we came fourth, behind three other hosts, by about 2-3 milliseconds. Our average response time was between 6.9 and 8.7ms which was still faster than 95% of the hosts tested. We could quietly ignore that and only talk about our wins. We’d rather be straight with you. Where it matters most for your visitors, full page load speed, we outperformed everyone.
Cached performance is how fast your site loads when the page is already stored and ready to serve. Most speed tests measure this. It’s important but it only tells half the story. Uncached performance is how fast your server generates a page from scratch. This is what your WooCommerce cart pages, search results, logged-in dashboards and dynamic content rely on. You can’t cache a page that’s different for every visitor. Hosts with weak hardware or bloated stacks struggle here even if their cached speeds look good. Our 5.7 GHz processors and tuned stack mean both cached and uncached pages load fast. That’s the difference you feel when you switch.
Benchmarks test standardised WordPress installs under controlled conditions. Your site has plugins, themes, custom code and real-world complexity. So will your numbers be identical? No. Will they be significantly faster than what you’re getting now? If you’re on a mainstream host, almost certainly yes. The hardware, stack and tuning that produced these benchmark results are the same infrastructure your site runs on. Every customer gets the same 5.7 GHz processors, the same coherent stack, the same tuning. That’s the whole point. Try us for 30 days. If your site isn’t faster, we’ll refund you and buy you a coffee.
