How To Invite Clients & Collaborators

WP Buzz allows you to invite your clients, developers, or collaborators to manage their own WordPress installs.

To invite someone, simply head to the Users section.

Click on Invite User.

Enter their name and email address.

Now, you’ll see two options for access:

  • Allow access to all your sites as a Developer,
  • Or choose Collaborator to give access to one or more specific sites.

In this example, we’ll select Collaborator, assuming it’s a client we want to give access to.

Below, you’ll see a list of all your sites.

Select the one or multiple sites you’d like to grant access to.

Next, choose how you want to send the invitation:

  • Either send it via email,
  • Or copy the invite link to share it manually.

Once the invite is accepted, the user will be able to access and manage only the sites you selected — each with their own dedicated control panel.
