How To Connect To Your Server Via FTP

In this video. I’ll show you how to connect to your WP Buzz servers using FTP.

You are free to use any FTP client.

We recommend using FileZilla.

Before You Get Started:

Please make sure to download FileZilla from their official site.

Please make sure to choose the correct version (Windows or IOS) for your machine.

Let’s dive right in:

Allow a few minutes after creating the account. Although its instant.
Please ensure you are using the correct username and password.
Please ensure you are using the correct IP address as a hostname.
Please ensure your FTP DNS record is not proxying through Cloudflare.
To check that please go to Domains > Click on domain you wish to connect > And ensure proxy status for FTP is set to off (greyed out.)
